Returns & exchanges

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you.

We can’t accept returns on: opened items, mystery or blind boxes, trading cards, worn apparel or cosplay, or sale items, unless they arrived faulty.

Refunds are given in cash or store credit once we’ve checked the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
